Customer Service Representative

As a skilled customer service representative, you will engage with clients through outbound calls, resolving inquiries, providing digital marketing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling services such as SEO, PPC, and web development. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring 90%+ first-call resolution rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to clients.
  • Deliver expert-level support in SEO, PPC, and website services.
  • Ensure accurate update of client information in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Meet or exceed KPIs: 85%+ customer satisfaction rate, 5+ qualified leads per day, 98% call compliance adherence.
  • Educate clients about service upgrades and digital performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Matric/O-Levels education.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.

Technical Skills

  • CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and PPC is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication in English.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and emotional intelligence.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Location: Based in Lahore.
  • Availability: Must be available for night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM, Monday to Friday).
