Enterprise Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other tactics.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  3. Provide solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
