Senior E-commerce Strategist

Lead the strategic direction and development of e-commerce operations to ensure a best-in-class customer experience, driving traffic/sales and delivering increased efficiency/profitability. Manage a team of web developers, designers, and marketing specialists accountable for achieving online sales targets and evolving CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the technical infrastructure and architecture of all e-commerce websites.
  • Manage online advertising initiatives including SEO, paid search, natural search, and affiliate marketing.
  • Support and partner with the E-commerce Sales team to maximize efficiency and profitability through online initiatives.
  • Supervise the website design and development team to guide new content and functionality enhancements.
  • Identify and prioritize customer scenarios, creating strategy around customer experience and target markets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure consistent online excellence in terms of customer experience and promotional/merchandising/pricing effectiveness.

  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce leadership roles.
  • Expertise in web development, design, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive optimization efforts.
