We are seeking a Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our newly established Recruitment and Overseas Visa Assistance Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries related to student visa and migration services.
Job Specifications:- Analyze and resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
- Inform management about complex client issues and their resolutions.
- Maintain a customer-centric working environment for the team, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
- Work in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building with clients.
- Utilize strong problem-solving and time management skills to optimize client service operations.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities to ensure the company's reputation remains intact.

- Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff members when needed.
