
Customer Service Operations Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead our team of customer support professionals at Jagah Online, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, providing guidance and training to team members, and ensuring consistent communication throughout the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly targets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, and providing high-quality customer support. They will also be expected to work closely with supervisors, team leaders, and operatives to resolve issues and improve quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage massive volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Provide guidance, team members and learning and counseling for the team
- Ensure effective and consistent communication throughout the team
- Responsible for the team monthly targets and ensure target achievement on a regular basis
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments
- Provide customized, highest quality customer support
Requirements:
- Must have either completed A-levels or Bachelor in any respective field
- Previous experience in a customer support and sales support role
- Strong telephone and interpersonal contact capabilities, along with good listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Multi-task capability, setting goals and handling resources efficiently
