This position also entails overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Maintenance of pay plan and benefits program is another key responsibility.

Additionally, assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs is a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year experience required
  • Maintain discretion when dealing with people and confidential information
  • Good time management and team player skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel, in particular)
