Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to drive the development and implementation of our HR framework.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in compensation & benefits design, job evaluation methods, and labor laws. They will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive job grading and leveling structure, developing competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs, and creating clear HR policies and procedures.The role offers a unique opportunity to build the HR function from the ground up and work closely with senior leadership, requiring minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:• Design and implement a comprehensive job grading and leveling structure aligned with company objectives• Develop competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs based on market research• Create, update, and enforce clear HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws• Define detailed role profiles, competencies, and career paths across the organization• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes when required• Prepare for and eventually oversee the transition of payroll management from Accounts to HR• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation• Act as a trusted HR advisor and partner to leadership and employees, driving HR initiatives with autonomyRequired Skills and Qualifications:• 4 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or related industries• Proven expertise in compensation & benefits design and job evaluation methods• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex HR projects end-to-end• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsBenefits:• An opportunity to build and shape the HR function at our organization• Direct reporting line to senior leadership with significant ownership• Competitive salary and benefits package• Potential for career growth as the HR department expands
