Job Summary

This HR Manager will be responsible for managing and administering the core HR functions, ensuring the effective development, engagement, and retention of human capital.

Main Accountabilities
  • Spearheading the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital to support current and future business needs.
  • Leading the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to succession planning and retention.
  • Developing, implementing, administering and monitoring HR strategies, management guidelines, organizational and personnel policies, systems, tactics, procedures, business processes, workflows and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job profiles and job descriptions for all positions.
Responsibilities
  • Managing and supporting the organization's candidate acquisition, pre-qualification, and skills evaluation program by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
  • Ensuring successful new employee on-boarding and orientation.
  • Developing and organizing employee training programs, assessing training needs and monitoring training progress.
  • Maintaining an updated database of applicants and employees.
  • Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring.
  • Managing payroll and related financial elements, preparing reports for the accounting department, and resolving any payroll problems or discrepancies.
  • Resolving conflicts and grievances through mediation and dispute resolution.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining and reporting on employee and workplace privacy, workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Administering employee-related paperwork, retaining historical human resource records.
  • Supporting performance management, developing and managing compensation and benefits administration programs, and directing the processing of benefit claims.
