Senior IT Service Management Consultant

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to lead IT Service Management projects and teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO/IEC 20000 implementation, ITIL framework, and process optimization. They will be responsible for conducting service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain ITSM frameworks aligned with ITIL standards.
- Lead the implementation, assessment, and auditing of ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSMS).
- Conduct service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements.
- Develop and refine ITSM policies, procedures, and service management processes.
- Provide strategic advice to improve service delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- ITIL Expert/Managing Professional, ISO 20000 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor.
- 6-8 years of experience in ITSM consulting or related roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, report writing, and project management skills.
