Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and professional individual to manage a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling communications, mail, and deliveries, as well as performing basic documentation and record-keeping duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Communications: Efficiently answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate teams or individuals.
  • Handle Mail & Deliveries: Process all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Basic Documentation & Invoicing: Assist with fundamental documentation tasks and prepare invoices using our system.
  • Record Keeping: Organize and file records accurately under the guidance of senior staff.
Qualifications:
  • Intermediate or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
