We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our Operations department. This is an exciting opportunity for talented individuals with exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Experience Delivery: Assist customers with their queries/concerns and provide accurate resolutions via call.
  2. Purchase Assistance: Help customers with their purchases made through our e-commerce website.
  3. Courteous Communication: Communicate with customers using courtesy, attention, a friendly, and caring tone.
  4. Alternative Solutions: Offer alternatives to unavailable products/items on our e-commerce website.
  5. Issue Resolution: Follow standard processes and procedures when resolving customer issues.
  6. Knowledge Update: Stay up-to-date with system information, process changes, and future updates.
  7. Objection Handling: Effectively handle customer objections and pushbacks.
