We are seeking a Customer Success Professional to drive the adoption and expansion of our software and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships to promote our solutions.
  • Lead customer onboarding processes for seamless technical evaluation and implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive renewal conversations and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Monitor customer health and introduce relevant features throughout the customer journey.
  • Foster trust and credibility at multiple levels within existing accounts, from initial purchase to ongoing sales cycles.
  • Assist in timely collections from customers while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and support teams to foster a culture of community and information sharing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or customer services roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) required; Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for data-driven insights and fintech, with attention to detail.
