Job Overview
The Customer Success Professional is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement. This role involves driving sales growth, managing customer portfolios, and delivering high-quality presentations to potential customers.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers to ensure continuous customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Manage and retain defined customer portfolios
- Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures
- Drive adherence to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce agreed payment terms
- Plan, prepare, and realize sales calls for better customer retention and new business acquisition
- Secure/collection of necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customers
- Conduct surveys and market intelligence gathering to assess, target potential business prospects, and review competitor behavior

Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in field business development and sales
- Master's degree preferred in relevant field
- Capability to deliver presentations and highly effective in conducting sales negotiations
- Proven sales record
- Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills
- Command over Microsoft Office and other related software

Working Conditions
This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan and is a full-time contract position.
