- Drive the achievement of monthly targets through efficient resource allocation and monitoring.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Deliver tailored, high-quality customer support that meets and exceeds expectations.
- Support senior leadership in the call centre.
- Conduct regular needs assessments, performance reviews and cost-benefit analyses to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
- 7-8 years of experience in a similar leadership capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
- Ability to multitask, set goals and manage resources effectively.
