Leadership Call Centre Role

A seasoned leader is required to oversee our call centre operations, focusing on effective communication, team guidance and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a culture of open feedback and continuous improvement to achieve exceptional results.
  • Drive the achievement of monthly targets through efficient resource allocation and monitoring.
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Deliver tailored, high-quality customer support that meets and exceeds expectations.
  • Support senior leadership in the call centre.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments, performance reviews and cost-benefit analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in a similar leadership capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, set goals and manage resources effectively.
