Operations Manager Role

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the mall, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

This involves managing physical property safety & security, housekeeping, and maintenance services. To achieve this, the Operations Manager implements operational standards with a thorough understanding of rules & regulations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of critical assets such as diesel tanks, electric substations, power generation and distribution rooms, lifts machine rooms, and other mall assets.

The Operations Manager also oversees outsourced security agencies/contractors, including housekeeping, security, pest control, and customer services teams.

To optimize performance, the Operations Manager establishes service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for outsourced contractors and tracks their performance according to set standards.

This requires strong reporting and communication skills, as well as excellent capabilities in managing operations related to security, housekeeping, pest control, and customer services.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years from Mall/Shopping Center Industry
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute
