We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager to lead our software development team. As a seasoned professional with a strong development background, you will be responsible for managing sprints focused on developing new product features and customizations for our customers.

You will work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering, DevOps, Test Automation, and other stakeholders to meet goals and provide necessary guidance to a cross-functional team.

  • Manage sprint planning activities and produce sprint artifacts
  • Work with Product Owner and Engineering team defining, and documenting sprint activities, and tasks
  • Track tasks, action item status and provide updates to Client and/or Management
  • Represent the project team at change, prioritization, engineering, or requirement review board meetings
  • Provide necessary guidance to the team that leads them to success
  • Coordinate, support, and participate in program and system meetings and reviews

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working in Agile tools such as TFS (DevOps) or Jira. You must have worked and led an Agile Software development team before and have a strong developer background and understanding of various technologies stack.

  • Experience with writing requirements as features and user stories
  • Good articulation skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
