Job Description:

This role oversees the operational activities of the Business Support System (BSS) platform, ensuring seamless support for the organization's business operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing channel operations, and coordinating with teams to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities include developing processes and SOPs for smooth BSS operation, leading analysis-based optimization initiatives, and tracking pending issues.

  • Drive operational activities of the BSS platform.
  • Responsible for detailed change assessment & enhancing visibility of new products to Level 1 team.
  • Manage channel operations including inventory management and commissions.
  • Handle configuration & coordination related to Mediation functions (MSC, SCP, SMSC, and other external nodes), outsource distribution configuration, IR partners, control development, and resolution of IR operational issues.
  • Develop processes and SOPs for smooth BSS operation.
  • Lead analysis-based optimization initiatives, identify gaps, and provide visibility into areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate between teams, drive issue resolution involving vendors/stakeholders.
  • Track pending issues, follow up, ensure KPIs are met, and handle complaints promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT/Computer Sciences preferred.
  • 6-9 years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills, learning agility, and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand complex problems and adopt a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent time management skills and proficiency in MS Office.
