Role Description

This position is responsible for managing site operations to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Manage site services to ensure optimal operation, including visitor reception and hard and soft service management.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with clients and facilitate issue resolution through meetings.
  3. Lead facility repairs and maintenance coordination, working closely with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
  4. Utilize knowledge of one's discipline and its integration with others to identify and troubleshoot issues in existing systems and processes.
  5. Prepare and submit reports as required by line managers or the finance team.
Team Leadership/ Supplier Partnership
  • Supervise and train employees, conducting performance evaluations and overseeing recruiting and hiring.
  • Schedule daily activities, delegate tasks, and cross-train staff, establishing deadlines and monitoring progress.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive facility management program, including preventative maintenance and life-cycle planning.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections adhering to local, state, and federal regulations, suggesting operational improvements and upgrade opportunities.
Financial Acumen
  • Effectively manage site budgets, ensuring full financial compliance and effective cost control.
  • Oversight of vendor relationships and invoicing procedures, review of procurement pricing.
  • Monitoring of Purchase Orders and invoices in conjunction with the financial department, preparation of capital projects and operating budgets.
