Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the marketing efforts of our global fintech company. As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy during a period of rapid expansion and digital transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-impact leader with a strong background in performance marketing, digital brand building, customer lifecycle optimization, and cross-border financial services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a diverse marketing team based in Pakistan while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our fintech evolution and global expansion roadmap.
  • Performance & Growth Marketing: Lead customer acquisition efforts across digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, etc.) with a focus on ROAS and CAC optimization.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and inspire a multifunctional marketing team including digital, content, brand, CRM, product marketing, and analytics specialists.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in fintech, digital payments, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, brand leadership, customer acquisition and retention at scale.
  • Strong understanding of diaspora and ethnic community marketing in regions like UK, Europe, GCC, and North America.
  • Experience in managing remote teams and international campaigns.
  • Highly analytical with comfort using marketing analytics tools and platforms.
