Senior Business Development Manager

This role requires a seasoned sales and marketing professional who can drive business growth through effective strategies, customer relationships, and promotional efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, manage key customer accounts, and collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and areas to improve. They will also participate in corporate events, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and services.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, as well as at least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong customer-focused mindset, negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite are also required.
