Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead business development for our esteemed client in the Flex industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager and play a key role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Relationship Building: Conduct regular visits to corporate clients to achieve quarterly sales targets and foster strong relationships. Identify new business opportunities, assess clients' needs, and collaborate with senior management to develop effective pitches through presentations.
  2. Maintaining Relationships and Resolving Issues: Nurture existing customer relationships, address any issues, and persuade them to become long-term clients again. Resolve client complaints efficiently, either by addressing them directly or escalating them to senior management as needed.
  3. Market Intelligence and Reporting: Monitor competitor activities, gather insights, and inform senior management of relevant market trends. Prepare and submit weekly reports on visit outcomes, sales performance, and market intelligence to senior management.
  4. Team Management and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to new hires during job orientation and on-the-job coaching sessions. Enforce discipline among team members and perform other tasks related to corporate sales as assigned by senior management.
