Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our B2B lead generation efforts through the development and execution of Google PPC campaigns.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position that requires collaboration with our marketing team to design strategies, optimize PPC campaigns, and report on performance metrics. You will play a critical role in developing and executing Google Ads campaigns aimed at B2B lead generation and business growth.

You will oversee the day-to-day management of Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, budget allocation, ad copy development, A/B testing, and bid management. You will also conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and performance improvement.

Your goal will be to continuously test and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign ROI. Additionally, you will work with the content and design teams to align ad creatives, landing pages, and overall messaging with brand objectives and audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns tailored for B2B lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, budget allocation, ad copy development, A/B testing, and bid management.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and performance improvement.
  • Test and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to align ad creatives, landing pages, and overall messaging with brand objectives and audience needs.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in Google PPC campaign management with a focus on B2B lead generation. You must have a solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation strategies, and performance-driven marketing tactics.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. You must have expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is necessary.

Additionally, you should have experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
