We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO in administrative duties, coordinating communications, and managing their schedule to improve efficiency.

Job Role
  • Manage the CEO's diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
  • Booking and managing travel arrangements
  • Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
  • Take and prepare meeting minutes

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive
  • A comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Process-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality essential
  • A qualification as a PA is advantageous
  • Good dress sense and a professional personality
