Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, prioritizing tasks and managing correspondence effectively.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, reports, and communications.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, organize travel arrangements, and prepare supporting documentation.
- Screen telephone calls, advise on matters requiring attention, and prepare relevant documents.
- Take minutes of Board meetings and other meetings as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize work, and communicate clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written/spoken communication abilities.
