Job Description
Elegancia, a renowned innovator in the world of perfumery, is seeking a skilled Perfume Fragrance Specialist to craft exquisite fragrances that reflect our brand's essence. This exciting opportunity calls for a passionate individual who is eager to explore the art of perfumery in a dynamic work environment.
We require a candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience in perfume making and related chemicals, along with packaging knowledge. We value skills over degrees or grades.
Responsibilities:
  1. Create and blend high-quality ittar / perfumes using expert knowledge of essential oils and fragrances.
  2. Experiment with novel combinations of essential oils and fragrances to develop unique scents.
  3. Maintain meticulous records of formulas and inventory to ensure seamless production.
  4. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align fragrances with Elegancia's branding strategy.
  5. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations in all aspects of fragrance development.

Requirements:
  1. A creative mindset with a passion for fragrance design and development.
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
  4. Bonus: Basic knowledge of essential oils can be advantageous in this position.
