
Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual to provide expert technical support to our organization.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Maintain and upgrade computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, improve processes, and enhance overall IT infrastructure.
