Job Description:

This is a role that requires the ability to assist in day-to-day operations and perform technical duties as part of a helpdesk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for logging customer issues, requests, and support activity into a ticketing system.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with team members to resolve customer issues. They will also be required to follow proper procedure for problem escalation to cross-functional support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the helpdesk team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or relevant field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Initiative to work alone and as part of a team
