Are you a sales professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and challenging environment? As a Sales Executive at our organization, you will be responsible for conducting cold calls and initiating outbound sales activities to potential clients in the US market. Your goal will be to understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our recruitment services to prospective clients, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through diligent prospecting, lead qualification, and closing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Cold Calling and Outbound Sales: Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to build rapport over the phone and via email.
- Email Campaign Management: Design and execute email campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, driving business growth and exceeding targets.
- Lead Qualification and Closing: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through diligent prospecting, lead qualification, and closing strategies, utilizing CRM software to manage your pipeline.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales role specifically with cold calling prospects (experience in selling recruitment services is a plus).
- A strong background in cold calling and email campaign management with a track record of successful lead generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Experience working in the EST timezone is mandatory.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and understanding of hiring processes in various sectors.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets and drive business growth.
