About the Role

Our organization seeks a highly skilled individual to serve as a Community Manager. This role is responsible for managing digital presence and engaging with audiences, influencers, and collaborators online.

The ideal candidate will be able to respond thoughtfully and promptly to comments and DMs to foster trust and engagement. Additionally, they will track sentiment, feedback, and trends to report on community pulse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital voice of our organization and its clients, engaging followers, influencers, and collaborators online.
  • Respond to comments and DMs in a timely manner to foster trust and engagement.
  • Track sentiment, feedback, and trends to report on community pulse.
Content Creation & Planning:
  • Develop compelling social media content, including posts, captions, stories, and carousels.
  • Collaborate with design team or independently create content using tools like Canva or CapCut.
  • Build and manage content calendar across channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Facebook).
Light Strategy & Trend Spotting:
  • Support development of digital strategy with insights and competitor scans.
  • Monitor performance metrics and offer data-informed ideas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital content marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to social media audiences.
  • Social intelligence, able to navigate sensitive topics, diverse communities, and dynamic conversations with empathy and care.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience managing public figure, influencer, or thought-leader accounts.
  • Familiarity with humanitarian or mission-driven brands.
