- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking and industry events, to attract passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Source potential candidates on specialized platforms.
- Parsing advanced skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls to assess applicants' abilities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with high-caliber executives.
- Effectively communicate the organization's value proposition to attract top talent.
