Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Recruitment Executive. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing job descriptions, managing hiring processes, conducting interviews, and recruiting candidates. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to attract and select qualified talent for various positions within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Job Description Development and Hiring processes
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting candidates
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in the certification and inspection industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
