Kickstart is Pakistan's largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 15 operational coworking spaces in Kara chi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5600+ members using our spaces daily.

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive in Lahore. As the Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, career pages, and social media platforms
  • Source candidates through online channels (LinkedIn & Indeed, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR databases
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
