">We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Services Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional technical support across our campuses.

">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the IT Support team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of technical services to students, faculty, and staff. This includes overseeing the Helpdesk, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to improve service quality.

- Manage the IT Support team, including recruiting, training, and evaluating team members;">
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence in technical support;">
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve technical issues affecting university operations;">
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to ensure our technical support services remain cutting-edge;">
- Maintain accurate records and reports on IT support activities, metrics, and performance indicators;">
- Ensure compliance with university policies, procedures, and regulations related to IT support and data security;">
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT Support team to achieve exceptional service delivery and user satisfaction;">
- Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs;">
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff, to understand their needs and expectations;">
- Contribute to the development of the university's overall IT strategy and vision, aligning technical support services with institutional goals and objectives;">
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth within the IT Support team;">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
">Experience: Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in managing IT support teams and delivering technical support services in a complex environment;
">Skills: Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of hardware, software, and networking technologies; excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills; and exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities;
">Personal Qualities: Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on user satisfaction, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
