We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our inbound call center team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing inbound campaigns and ensuring effective communication with clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of working experience in inbound and at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity. A graduate with excellent communication skills is required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing inbound campaigns to ensure successful client communication
  • Leading a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance goals
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in inbound customer service
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
