Leadership Opportunity in Service Operations

Ambitious and experienced leader sought to spearhead our service operations in Karachi, Pakistan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving client services efficiently, ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive client services operations to achieve exceptional results.
  2. Supervise staff and ensure efficient resource management and timely problem resolution.
  3. Monitor key performance metrics and take corrective actions to maintain and improve internal performance benchmarks.
  4. Interact with internal and external clients to provide services that exceed expectations.
  5. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA).
  6. Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance activities with clients.
  7. Submit regular management information system (MIS) reports to aid in decision-making.
  8. Build strong relationships with customers and foster a healthy team environment.
  9. Lead by example, adhering to processes, policies, and quality standards.
  10. Develop processes and procedures to meet organizational goals.
  11. Conduct staff appraisals, recruitment, and training needs analysis.
Job Specification:
  1. Required Competencies:
  2. MBA degree (Electrical or Electronics background preferred).
  3. 3-4 years experience in Operations Management.
  4. Proven expertise in planning, organizing, leading, executing, controlling, and improving operations.
  5. Strong customer orientation.
  6. Computer proficiency with knowledge of MIS.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Good communication skills (oral and written English).
  9. Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
  10. Drive to excel and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
