  • Policies, protocols, and procedures must be established and enforced to ensure optimal lab operations, including managing daily activities of the Housekeeping department.
  • Directing team members to deliver exceptional client satisfaction promotes a culture of excellence, driving business results.
  • Scheduling subordinate hours, managing time off, and submitting timesheets to HR for payroll processing requires strong organizational skills.
  • Supervising inventory management for the entire chain of labs, maintaining meticulous records, is a critical responsibility in this role.
  • Evaluating and improving Quality Assurance measures ensures that our laboratory operations meet the highest standards.
