Job Summary
i4Junction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in solar energy solutions and excellent communication skills. This role involves interacting with clients, creating proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  1. Interact with clients to present the company's capabilities and technical proposals.
  2. Convert leads into successful sales.
  3. Create customized technical offers for clients.
  4. Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure project progress and satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with the Site Manager to monitor project implementation.
  6. Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  7. Identify potential markets and opportunities for growth within the solar industry.
  8. Prepare regular sales and project progress reports.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical sales, preferably in the solar industry.
  3. Strong understanding of solar energy systems and related technologies.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in preparing technical and financial proposals.
  6. Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  7. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
