  • Support the growth and development of our community members through regular check-ins, deep-diving into their interventions and long-term goals, and understanding their challenges.

Requirements:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in building and leading partnerships with funders, corporates, investors, and social organizations.

  • Demonstrated success in developing collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills to understand data, insights, and impact.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with global, cross-cultural colleagues, partners, and community members.

  • Ability to take risks and address complex issues creatively and effectively.
