Mastercard is seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth of its services business in the Pakistan and Afghanistan cluster.

This role will focus on developing new payment services business and creating strong partnerships with financial institutions, retailers, fintechs, and governments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow Mastercard's services business in the region.
  • Lead cross-divisional sales efforts and projects by orchestrating work of local and regional sales, product, and client services teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding clients' needs and pain points.
  • Build and leverage deep knowledge of Mastercard's capabilities to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Leverage subject matter experts to develop best-in-class proposals for clients.
  • Support the sales process from prospecting to executing commercial contracts and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and partnerships with mid-level client management teams.
  • Align efforts with Mastercard's core team for sales success.
  • Partner with project teams to ensure projects' quality and identification of follow-up sales opportunities.
