  • This is a highly skilled role that requires in-depth knowledge of UK payroll regulations and compliance.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Holiday Calculations: Manage entitlements, zero-hour contracts, new starters, leavers, and holiday pay.
  • Absence Management: Handle deductions and payments for absences.
  • Statutory Leave and Payments: Calculate maternity, paternity, adoption leave, and statutory sick pay (SSP).
  • Payroll Processing: Run payroll, and create payslips, P45s, P60s, and P11Ds.
  • Timesheet Management: Oversee overtime and zero-hour contract payrolls.
  • Compensation Management: Administer bonuses, commissions, and other payouts.
  • Deductions: Process gross and net deductions for items such as parking fines, Ride2work schemes, and advances.
  • Pension Administration: Manage auto-enrollment, pension holidays, and compliance.
  • Final Calculations: Handle final salary and redundancy payments.
  • Tax Compliance: Update tax codes and incorporate HMRC amendments.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Utilize advanced functions for payroll data management and analysis.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
