As a Senior Medical Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing medical staff within a designated region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to employees.
You will implement medical policies and procedures, manage relationships with external healthcare providers, and monitor the quality of medical services provided. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to employee health and wellness.
The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably with a background in MBBS. MCPS qualifications are highly preferred. Your expertise will include:
- Managing medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other professionals
- Implementing and enforcing medical policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to promote employee health and wellness
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of medical services
