Job Summary

The role of Senior Manager Data is crucial in driving business growth through alternate channels while ensuring seamless supply chain operations. This position plays a key role in optimizing alternate channel performance, strengthening partner engagement, and maintaining operational excellence in supply chain and business value systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans for the alternate channel aligned with company goals.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative solutions to drive channel growth and competitiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor alternate channel performance using data-driven insights; conduct regular reviews and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Partner Onboarding: Oversee partner onboarding, reconciliations, commission management, and resolve operational issues.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and deliver strategic projects focused on digital transformation, process automation, and innovation across the alternate channel.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Manage cross-functional projects other teams to enhance channel capabilities and improve system controls.
  • Cost-Effective Strategies: Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to ensure profitable and sustainable business growth.
  • Supply Chain Operations: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
  • BVS Management: Strengthen BVS management by ensuring timely procurement, efficient device management, robust R&R processes, and comprehensive regional support.
  • Process Improvements: Implement robust controls and process improvements to reduce operational risks and enhance efficiency across supply chain and BVS functions.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline distribution, optimize costs, and maintain high level of regional support.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Education: In principle have a minimum of bachelor's degree or above.
  • Work Experience: Minimum experience: 4 yrs. or above. At-least 1 year experience with Zong at the time of placement and must be a permanent employee of the company.
  • Current Level: Current level – Assistant Manager & above. 2 yrs. in total at AM & above level For Sr. Manager and 1 Yr. in total at AM & above for Mgr. Level.
  • Performance Appraisal: At least 01 HP & above in two most recent Annual Appraisals (if only 1 appraisal is done, then that should be HP & Above).
