Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT services, including:
    • Managed Services (MSP)
    • Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
    • Cybersecurity Services
    • IT Consulting and Advisory Services
    • Digital Transformation Services
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors (e.g., enterprise, SMB, government)
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, system integrators, and technology partners
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, DevOps)
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives
  7. Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM tools
  8. Develop and manage sales budgets and resources

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience in selling Managed Services SLAs and IT infrastructure solutions
  2. Knowledge of IT Products, IP Telephony, NOC, Managed Services, and IT support services
  3. Minimum 2 years of IT services sales management experience
