We are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to drive our outbound campaigns and CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns targeting agencies and contractors.
  • Oversight of CRM workflows ensures accurate segmentation and GDPR-compliant data practices.
  • Utilize advanced automation tools to enhance communication and campaign results.
  • Analyze key performance metrics: open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and list health.
  • Presentation of weekly performance reports and actionable insights to the business team.

Daily workflow includes reviewing campaign performance, creating new sequences, segmenting lists, and collaborating with the business development team for content and targeting strategy.
