Project Manager for Marketing and Sales Automation

The ideal candidate will be the second in command within the Marketing & Sales Automation Professional Services division, overseeing a team based in Karachi. This role requires handling project and account management-related items to ensure effective division operations and client service experience.

This hybrid position demands a self-starter who can flourish with confidence in their professional work ethic, communication, organization, and documentation. The primary responsibilities include project management (60%), account management (30%), and commercials (10%).

  • Project Management: Developing project timelines, internal resource management, working closely with the Salesforce Operations Director, monitoring project timelines, and adapting resourcing to meet tight milestones.
  • Account Management: Handling client communications, prioritizing inbound communications, collecting non-attended client calls minutes, and working closely with the Managing Director in handling and monitoring client invoices/payments.
  • Commercials: Development of retention and growth of client accounts, development of new client onboarding process, creating client-friendly Statement of Work documents, and updating internal Salesforce system with project completion 'actual costs' for PnL requirements.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within SaaS organizations.
  2. Experience in handling client communications.
  3. Solid understanding of people resourcing (internal and external).
  4. Excellent English oral and written skills.
  5. Ability to implement new processes and procedures for new team members to follow.
  6. Commercial mindset with a logical approach for implementation.
  7. Effective use of Project Management tools (i.e. Lucid Chart, Askia, Trello, MS Office Tools etc).
