Passive Candidate Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Passive Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our growing recruitment team based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and niche forums to identify and engage passive healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through customized messaging and ongoing follow-ups.
  • Develop and sustain talent pipelines for current and upcoming healthcare roles.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand client needs and tailor sourcing strategies.
  • Track key metrics such as outreach response rates, engagement levels, and pipeline effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
  • Proficient with outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Reddit, job boards, and other relevant communities.
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting personalized outreach messages that convert passive candidates.
  • Ability to juggle multiple pipelines and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs such as candidate volume, response rates, and conversion ratios.
