  • Market Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to capitalize on market opportunities and drive transformative change.

A minimum of 16 years of education, preferably from a renowned institution, and at least 14-15 years of professional experience in a large organization are required. The ideal candidate should be under 50 years old.
