Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure data dialer systems for optimal performance, including campaign setup, list management, and user account administration.

The successful candidate should possess hands-on experience in supporting VOIP systems and/or data dialers, along with a basic understanding of VOIP technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential.
