VOIP and Data Dialer System Administrator

This role focuses on managing and maintaining our VOIP and dialer systems to ensure seamless communication operations. Key responsibilities include providing daily VOIP support, monitoring and maintaining VOIP infrastructure, administering and optimizing data dialer systems, managing ViciDial settings and system configurations, identifying and resolving VOIP and network-related issues, performing routine system maintenance and updates, tracking and documenting technical issues and resolutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure integration of VOIP systems.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-12 months of experience supporting VOIP systems or data dialers is required.
  • A basic understanding of VOIP technologies, including Asterisk servers and ViciDial administration, is necessary.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly are also required.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
  • The willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies is crucial for growth.
  • Basic experience with VOIP platforms such as Asterisk, FreePBX, or similar systems is desired.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and CRM systems is beneficial for this role.
