
Leading Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in achieving our goals and objectives.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong foundation in customer service, with experience in managing high-pressure environments and consistently meeting targets and deadlines. You will also possess advanced proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a solid track record in training design, documentation, and project execution.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve team goals and objectives
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Pharm D degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
