Results-Driven Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in achieving our goals and objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in customer service, with experience in managing high-pressure environments and consistently meeting targets and deadlines. You will also possess advanced proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a solid track record in training design, documentation, and project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results
Qualifications
  • Pharm D degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
